Key Responsibilities:
- Operate data entry systems and terminals with a high degree of speed and accuracy to support various data processing functions.
- Input large volumes of data into computer systems, databases, and internal platforms while ensuring data integrity.
- Review, proofread, and verify entered data to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain accuracy standards and ensure all data is processed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Organize, update, and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
- Perform routine data quality checks and audits to ensure completeness and consistency of records.
- Assist in managing and updating departmental records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve data\-related issues.
- Perform additional clerical and administrative tasks as assigned, including document preparation, scanning, and record maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administrative support is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles, preferably in a high\-volume environment.
- Excellent typing speed (typically 40–60\+ WPM) with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Required Qualifications:
Pay: $14\.00 \- $15\.00 per hour
