Overview:

Softtek Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be a key part of our team’s development of advanced customer\-facing implementations and custom applications. You will be architecting and implementing innovative enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform that meet business objectives, solve complex problems, and deliver high value to customers in both government and private sectors. Daily activities include developing applications within Salesforce, integrating with web services/applications, system administration, reporting, and performance/automated testing. This will include both configuring existing components and developing reusable custom objects.

Responsibilities:

• Helping to evolve the customer salesforce ecosystem while keeping the lights of the same, mentoring and directing junior resources, of an agile pod that will be providing the service for the customer to ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
• Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration
• Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
• Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data using tools like Data Import Wizard and Data Loader
• Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards
• Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing
• Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support
• Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables
• Preparing reports for sales and other departments
• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and GraphQL.
• Creating timelines and development goals.
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
• Ability to work in a scrum team using the agile method.

Qualifications:

Required Education

• B.S., Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Engineering

Required Experience

• 4\+ years of experience working as Salesforce Developer
• 5\+ years of total Web Developer experience
• Experience designing complex multi\-step forms using OmniScript, FlexCards, Datamappers (Dataraptors), and Integration Procedures.
• Digital Experience Cloud is nice to have experience in the Salesforce Government Industry solution
• In\-depth understanding and hands\-on experience (5\+ years) in Force.com platform development using technologies like, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning framework \& Web development technologies, SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, SOQL, SOSL, etc.
• Proven experience and understanding with Lighting Web Components
• SFDC Configurations/Customizations – User Interface, Page Layouts, Process Builders, Flows, Validation Rules
• Building Salesforce digital experience sites utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks like Lightning Web Components
• Experience in creating Flows, approval processes, validation rules and sharing \& security rules.
• Experience using SFDX for deployments.

Required Clearance

• US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance through NBIS
