Overview
Marci \& Co. Realty Group is seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Executive Assistant to help manage and grow our dynamic real estate business. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and is passionate about delivering top\-tier client experiences. You’ll work closely with our lead agent, overseeing daily operations, managing client interactions, and executing marketing initiatives to support our continued success.
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for communication on behalf of the team, including calls, emails, and meeting follow\-ups.
- Organize and execute client and community events to strengthen relationships and brand presence.
- Manage the agent’s calendar, prioritizing tasks and ensuring seamless operations.
- Develop, refine, and implement systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and business growth.
- Oversee and execute various marketing campaigns, including social media management and various database marketing efforts.
- Maintain and update the client database, ensuring accuracy and strategic engagement.
- Oversee transaction coordination from contract to close, ensuring deadlines and details are managed effectively.
- On occasion, assist with property showings, including weekend availability as needed.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team to enhance overall effectiveness.
- Real estate experience preferred but not required.
- Passion for delivering a 5\-star, white\-glove experience to clients.
- A team player with the ability to take initiative, think creatively, and solve problems.
- Proven ability to work in a fast\-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in data entry, CRM management, and various computer applications.
- Goal\-oriented mindset with a solution\-based attitude to challenges.
- Experience in real estate and marketing is a major plus.
- Availability to occasionally respond to client needs outside of standard hours.
