We are seeking an experienced and dependable Office Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of our industrial facility. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail\-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced industrial environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data entry \& record keeping
- Accurately input, maintain, and update operational and administrative data across company systems.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are accessible and up to date.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and internal scheduling for management and operational staff.
- Monitor and replenish office and facility supply inventory, obtaining quotes and processing purchase orders as needed.
- Provide administrative assistance to multiple departments including operations, logistics, and management.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an office or administrative support role, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, or logistics setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data entry and record management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
