Overview
We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring a smooth workflow. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing and maintaining organized records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Dispatching drivers efficiently
- Invoicing customers, collecting and recording payments
- Utilize computerized systems for managing office tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Docs \& Sheets and or similar software.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
