Duties
- Greet patients warmly and schedule appointments using Eaglesoft
- Assist dental providers during procedures by preparing instruments, taking digital radiographs, and maintaining sterilization protocols
- Manage patient records accurately within Electronic Health Record (EHR), ensuring HIPAA compliance at all times
- Answer multi\-line phone systems professionally, schedule appointments efficiently, and provide exceptional patient service with excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain organized filing systems for medical records and dental charts while managing front desk duties such as check\-in/check\-out procedures and patient intake
- Support administrative tasks including data entry with 10\-key typing skills, office management duties, and supporting care plan documentation
- Prior experience working in a dental clinic or medical office environment is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and health information management systems
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as EaglesoftDemonstrated skills in medical billing, coding (ICD\-10/ICD\-9\), insurance verification, and documentation review
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with multi\-line phone systems and 10\-key typing required
- Previous clinic or hospital experience that highlights customer service excellence and clerical support capabilities
