Overview:
We are seeking a detail\-oriented and reliable E\-commerce Operations Assistant to support day\-to\-day online store operations. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and understands the fundamentals of e\-commerce.
Duties
- Create and manage product listings in Shopify, including descriptions, images, pricing, and variants
- Manage and update products, inventory, and site content within Shopify
- Handle customer service inquiries via email in a timely, professional, and clear manner
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across systems
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and issue resolution
- Support general administrative tasks related to e\-commerce operations
- Proficiency with Shopify (product listings, uploads, and order management)
- Strong written and verbal English and Vietnamese communication skills
- Ability to write clear, professional, and grammatically correct emails
- Basic understanding of e\-commerce workflows and operations
- Experience with data entry and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong typing and organizational skills
- Prior experience creating and optimizing product listings (titles, descriptions, formatting)
- Experience in an e\-commerce or online retail environment
- Familiarity with customer service tools or help desk platforms
