- Engage with prospects through outbound calling and warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to introduce products and services, ensuring clear communication of benefits
- Develop relationships with potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, follow\-ups, and sales progress
- Negotiate terms with clients to close sales effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new markets and customer segments
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies that enhance brand awareness and lead generation
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others confidently
- Experience or interest in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales environments
- Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to articulate value propositions clearly
