We build things that end up on the floors of major retailers nationwide, and behind every on\-time, on\-spec delivery is an operations team that runs like clockwork. That's where you come in.

We're hiring a Sales Administrative Assistant to be the organizational engine behind our sales department—supporting our Chief Revenue Officer and the broader sales team as we continue to scale.

The Role

This isn't a background role. As the administrative backbone of our sales team, you'll be the connective tissue between sales, operations, and our customers. You'll keep our CRM clean and current, help move orders from quote to invoice, field customer inquiries, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks as our project teams deliver.

You'll work directly with the CRO and have daily visibility into the full sales cycle—giving you a front\-row seat to how a high\-growth manufacturer wins and retains major accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and update customer records, contacts, and deal activity in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Support the sales team with order entry, work order processing, and invoice coordination
  • Track and report on sales activity, pipeline data, and key performance metrics
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries—triaging, responding, and routing with professionalism
  • Coordinate with the project management team to monitor order status and ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and customer\-facing correspondence as needed
  • Identify process gaps and help implement improvements that keep the team efficient
  • What You Bring

    * 3–5 years of administrative support experience, ideally in a sales, manufacturing, or B2B environment

  • Strong proficiency in
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)—you work in spreadsheets without hesitation

  • Experience with
  • HubSpot or another CRM platform is a significant plus

  • Exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Confident, clear communicator—written and verbal—across all levels of the organization
  • A self\-starter mentality: you don't wait to be told twice, and you follow things through
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities without losing your cool
  • High School Diploma required; additional education or certifications a plus
