Job Title: Marketing Administrative SupportDepartment: MarketingReports To: Vice President of Marketing General Description Provides support to the day\-to\-day operations of the marketing team across all brands. This role helps with the execution of a variety of tasks across email, social media, digital campaigns, and internal projects that require no preexisting marketing knowledge. This is an entry\-level opportunity ideal for someone highly organized, detail\-oriented, and eager to learn. Essential Job Functions include the following, other duties may be assigned:
- Assist with creating purchase orders, reconciling invoices and preparing internal processing documents.
- Provide assistance with internal cross\-department communication, including compiling of information for internal newsletter monthly, and as needed.
- Organize and maintain marketing assets in a centralized location.
- May be trained on various marketing platforms and posting prewritten responses to online inquiries.
- Coordinate timelines and track deliverables, helping ensure projects move forward efficiently.
- Provide support across all marketing functions as needed.

High School Diploma or GED required. Some experience in an office setting or with related duties are preferred. Language Skills
Ability to compile appropriate written communication to be distributed to team members and the organization as a whole as well as outside parties. Appropriate etiquette when speaking to provide high quality customer service. Computer Skills
