About the Role
Are you a detail\-oriented professional with a passion for the real estate and finance industry? We are looking for a motivated Mortgage Sales Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, providing critical support to our high\-performing Loan Officers and Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities
* Pipeline Management: Assist Loan Officers in managing their lead pipeline, ensuring timely follow\-ups and data accuracy in the CRM.
* Documentation \& Compliance: Help gather, organize, and review initial loan application documents (income statements, credit reports, appraisals) for completeness and accuracy.
* Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for brokers, providing status updates and requesting missing information throughout the loan process.
* Market Research: Stay up\-to\-date on latest loan products, interest rates, and industry regulations to assist the sales team in providing accurate information.
* Administrative Support: Coordinate schedules, prepare marketing materials, and assist with the submission of loan files to the processing and underwriting departments.
Qualifications \& Skills
* Experience: 1–2 years of experience in mortgage banking, real estate, or a high\-volume financial services sales environment preferred.
* Knowledge: Basic understanding of mortgage loan programs.
* Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., OptifiNow) and Loan Origination Systems (LOS) like Meridian Link.
* Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
* Detail\-Oriented: Ability to catch errors in complex financial documents and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
* Licensing: NMLS license is a plus, but not required (willingness to obtain licensing may be preferred).
