The Opportunity
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.
This is a high\-exposure, high\-growth position for someone who wants to be in the room where decisions are made, and help execute them.
You will work directly with the Founder/CEO across:
- Real estate investments
- Hospitality (hotels \& short\-term rental) operations
- Active construction and design projects
- Day\-to\-day executive priorities
- Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and daily flow
- Manage communications and act as a gatekeeper across internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare materials, agendas, and follow\-ups for meetings
- Assist with guest communications across booking platforms
- Help maintain response standards, tone, and guest experience quality
- Support day\-to\-day operational coordination for short\-term rental properties
- Coordinate with vendors (cleaning teams, maintenance, contractors, designers, etc.)
- Track timelines, ensure accountability, and maintain strong relationships
- Help streamline vendor communication and performance
- Support active construction and renovation projects
- Coordinate schedules, track deliverables, and assist with project timelines
- Maintain organization across plans, budgets, and communications
- Jump into high\-priority tasks across the business as needed
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively solve problems
- Help bring structure and clarity to fast\-moving initiatives
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High ownership mindset — you take initiative without being asked
- Ability to prioritize in a fast\-paced, ever\-changing environment
- Discretion and professionalism with sensitive information
- Interest in real estate, hospitality, design, or startups

Compensation \& Growth
* Flexible structure: Open to both part\-time and full\-time candidates
* Starting at $30/hour\+, based on experience
* Additional hours compensated at $35/hour
* Eligible for discretionary bonuses
