The Opportunity

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.

This is a high\-exposure, high\-growth position for someone who wants to be in the room where decisions are made, and help execute them.

You will work directly with the Founder/CEO across:

  • Real estate investments
  • Hospitality (hotels \& short\-term rental) operations
  • Active construction and design projects
  • Day\-to\-day executive priorities
  • You will be a trusted extension of the CEO, helping bring order, clarity, calmness, and momentum to a fast\-moving environment.

    What You’ll DoExecutive Support

  • Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and daily flow
  • Manage communications and act as a gatekeeper across internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare materials, agendas, and follow\-ups for meetings
  • STR Operations

  • Assist with guest communications across booking platforms
  • Help maintain response standards, tone, and guest experience quality
  • Support day\-to\-day operational coordination for short\-term rental properties
  • Vendor \& Partner Management

  • Coordinate with vendors (cleaning teams, maintenance, contractors, designers, etc.)
  • Track timelines, ensure accountability, and maintain strong relationships
  • Help streamline vendor communication and performance
  • Construction \& Project Coordination

  • Support active construction and renovation projects
  • Coordinate schedules, track deliverables, and assist with project timelines
  • Maintain organization across plans, budgets, and communications
  • Operational Execution

  • Jump into high\-priority tasks across the business as needed
  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively solve problems
  • Help bring structure and clarity to fast\-moving initiatives
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Have experience in hospitality, STR, or property operations

  • Compensation \& Growth

    * Flexible structure: Open to both part\-time and full\-time candidates

    * Starting at $30/hour\+, based on experience

    * Additional hours compensated at $35/hour

    * Eligible for discretionary bonuses
