We are seeking an accomplished, proactive, and unflappable Executive Assistant to support one of our three founding partners. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and flexibility, with the ability to operate seamlessly across professional, logistical, and personal domains. The ideal candidate anticipates needs before they arise, executes with precision, and takes pride in delivering consistently high‑quality work.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Anticipate and execute. Proactively identify Partner needs and resolve issues before they arise.

* Own the calendar.

  • Manage a complex, fast‑changing calendar with accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics to ensure the Partner is fully prepared and focused on top priorities.
  • Anticipate conflicts and adjust schedules efficiently as priorities shift.
  • * Drive execution. Track action items and initiatives (including in Microsoft To‑Do) through completion.

    * Act as gatekeeper. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and sound judgment.

    * Support special projects.

  • Assist with planning and executing special events.
  • Coordinate audio/visual and IT needs for onsite, offsite, and virtual meetings.
  • Coordinate, set up, and clean up high\-level meetings and working lunches.
  • * Provide firm support. Assist the administrative team as needed.

    * Personal support. Seamlessly shift between executive‑level responsibilities and personal support, from preparing briefings to booking travel. Partner may occasional request assistance with personal errands.

    What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years of experience supporting senior executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and tactfully at all levels.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, strong prioritization and follow‑through, self‑motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, read a room, and respond effectively to changing priorities.
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and pride in doing things the right way—every time.
  • Polished, professional, service‑oriented, and solutions‑driven mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Tools You’ll Use

  • MyCase (CRM/case management)
  • Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

  • Work Schedule and Compensation

  • Full\-Time, in\-office four days a week (five days a week for initial 90\-days)
  • $60,000\-$85,000 annual compensation, depending on experience
  • Health benefits, paid time off, and performance\-based bonus opportunities
  • Hiring time\-frame: at KLW, we conduct at least three rounds of interviews. This process ensures the preservation of the work\-culture that all of our employees value. We expect this process to take a couple of months to find the right candidate. Our ideal start date will be towards the end of June, but flexible on an earlier start date for the right candidate.
