Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide pediatric home health services. In this role, you will evaluate children, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver engaging therapy to help children improve mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence.

This position offers flexibility, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact with pediatric clients and their families.

Schedule Options: Full\-Time (25 sessions/week) and Part\-Time (12 sessions/week) positions available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable therapy goals
• Provide engaging, play\-based therapy sessions in the home setting
• Address areas such as gross motor development, balance, coordination, strength, mobility, and functional movement
• Educate caregivers on strategies to support progress and physical development at home
• Document therapy sessions and client progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist License
• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current CPR Certification
• Article 9 Certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in a home health setting
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
