ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

NP Digital is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our global agency. In this role, you’ll partner cross\-functionally to design and continuously improve scalable workflows, document and maintain SOPs, and identify gaps or risks, then lead change management to implement solutions. You’ll also help strengthen the agency’s toolset and infrastructure by supporting process and technology improvements, administering key systems (e.g., CRM, project management, and pricing tools), and enabling accurate data flow, clean handoffs, and collaboration across teams.

This is a newly created role to support our growing team. To qualify, applicants must reside and be eligible to work in the United States.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to Senior Vice President, Operations, this role will own business operations to include (but not limited to) the following responsibilities:

Operational Excellence \& Process Design

  • Own and continuously improve core agency workflows across all departments and systems
  • Develop, document, and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and scalability across teams and regions
  • Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, or risks and proactively implement solutions
  • Support change management when introducing new processes, tools, or ways of working
  • Develop, update and maintain policy, process and procedures related to business operations, technology and security
  • Tools \& Infrastructure

  • Support implementation of new processes and technologies as needed to enhance the business
  • Administer, update, and maintain global tools including but not limited to CRM, project management, pricing tool and related technologies
  • Ensure operational systems support accurate data, clean handoffs, and strong cross\-team collaboration
  • Operate within a continuous improvement framework to identify, troubleshoot, and solve operational challenges, improving efficiency and effectiveness through automation or other avenues
  • Develop, document and implement training on tools, technology and processes created or supported by Operationsteam
  • Stakeholder and Cross Functional Partnerships

  • Build strong working relationships with Client Services, Marketing, Delivery, Finance, People, and Technology teams
  • Translate leadership priorities into operational plans and execution
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the organization by providing clarity, structure, and follow‑through
  • Communicate operational updates, changes, and best practices clearly and effectively
  • ABOUT YOU

  • 5\-7 years proven experience as an Operations Manager, Operations Associate, or Sales Operations Manager
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and Office 365 programs, including strong Excel skills
  • Prior business operations experience within a digital agency or familiarity with client contracts within the industry preferred
  • Administrator experience within a CRM tool like Salesforce or HubSpot preferred
  • Experience with data migration and mapping a plus
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi\-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem\-solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, project management and planning skills in a fast\-paced environment
  • Significant amounts of discretion and confidentiality required

  • ABOUT THE COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary: USD $80,000\.00 to $95,000\.00; depending on experience and skills
  • Discretionary annual bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary
