Mindful Minds Psychiatry is a growing outpatient psychiatric practice serving Parker, Colorado Springs, Boulder, Westminster, and Denver. We provide both in\-person and telehealth care to children, adolescents, and adults.

- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries promptly
- Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system
- Assist with insurance verification and basic billing support
- Coordinate referrals and continuity of care
- Keep the office clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support providers and team members with administrative needs
- Monday – Thursday: 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM (in\-office)
- Friday: Optional remote/admin day
- Experience in medical or mental health settings preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
- $18–$22/hour, based on experience
- Mileage reimbursement when traveling between locations (if applicable)
