Peak Support is looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive Admin Support Specialist to join our team in the Philippines!

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle medical records requests and follow up with patients, doctors, insurance providers, and attorneys
  • Prepare and send itemized Letters of Protection (LOP) statements
  • Consolidate medical record requests and billing statements into clear, single communications for attorneys
  • Manage and track weekly patient signature records
  • Schedule patient visits accurately and efficiently
  • Compile and maintain Progress Note Reports
  • Follow up on outstanding evaluations and progress notes to ensure timely completion
  • Requirements:

    To be successful, you must possess the following:

    * *Medical Records Retrieval experience is highly preferred.*

  • At least 1\-2 years customer experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and consistency.
  • Strong problem\-solving skills and the ability to approach issues with a solution\-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability to evolving procedures and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non\-technical audiences effectively.
  • Empathy and patience in handling customer inquiries and concerns
