About the Role
As a Remote Therapeutic Monitoring Specialist at Tandem RTM, you will be a critical contributor to our mission. Working from home, you will provide remote support to patients who are using our digital platform, monitor their progress, and help them stay on track with their prescribed therapy programs. You’ll also collaborate closely with the evaluating clinicians, ensuring patients receive timely feedback, guidance, and motivation.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote therapeutic monitoring services, guiding patients through their home\-exercise therapy programs.
- Communicate regularly with patients to identify challenges, answer questions, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Offer periodic progress updates to the evaluating clinician regarding patient status and outcomes.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient interactions and progress in our digital platform.
- Assist with process improvements by sharing user feedback and suggestions for enhancing our remote care workflows.
- Support the development of strategies to drive patient engagement and adherence throughout their treatment plan.
- Graduation from an accredited PT or PTA program.
- English fluency (spoken and written) required.
- HPSO (or comparable) professional liability insurance preferred (or willing to obtain).
- 1\+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health, rehabilitation, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage patients in a remote setting.
- Tech\-savvy: comfortable using telehealth tools, smartphone apps, and digital documentation.
- Stable internet with two monitors and a computer with processing power of an intel i5 CPU or better.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating adaptability, initiative, and resourcefulness.
- Passion for improving patient outcomes and contributing to a positive team environment.

- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (Required)
- Kansas state license to practice as a PTA (Preferred)
