Position Overview
This role is an entry point into commercial construction operations. As the Administrative Assistant on a construction jobsite, you will support the day\-to\-day execution of a live project while working directly with foremen, project managers, and field teams.
You will be involved in critical project functions including time tracking, communication flow, document coordination, and jobsite logistics, gaining hands\-on exposure to how construction projects are built and managed.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and interested in growing into a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager role over time.
This is an on\-site role based on an active construction project. Daily presence on the jobsite is required.

- Support daily crew time tracking and ensure accurate labor reporting
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars for project leadership
- Answer and route calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate contact lists to support jobsite coordination
- Assist with drafting, formatting, and proofreading project documentation
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical project files
- Track logs, reports, and documentation required for ongoing project activities
- Support reporting, redlines, and project documentation as requested
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics, materials, and setup
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with onboarding coordination for new jobsite team members
- Support additional project or administrative needs as assigned
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative, coordination, or customer service experience (internships or part\-time experience considered)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work full\-time on an active construction jobsite
- Comfortable working in a field\-driven environment with early start times
- Exposure to construction, trades, or project\-based work environments
- Familiarity with time entry, scheduling, or project\-related systems
- Interest in construction management, operations, or project coordination
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the day
- Frequent use of hands for typing and handling documents
- Ability to navigate a construction site, including uneven surfaces or stairs
- Visual focus for reading and computer work

- This role requires working full\-time on an active construction jobsite (not a remote or office\-only position). Are you able and willing to work on\-site every day?

Work Environment
This position is based full\-time in a jobsite trailer on an active construction site. Daily on\-site presence is required to support field operations and project coordination.
While most tasks are performed in a trailer office setting, the role requires regular interaction with field teams and movement throughout the jobsite. The environment may include exposure to outdoor weather conditions, construction activity, and elevated noise levels.
