Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to assist clients effectively
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote new offerings
- Maintain detailed records of interactions using data entry skills and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
- Resolve customer issues with patience and empathy, escalating complex cases as needed
- Process transactions such as cash handling or account updates while adhering to security protocols
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive client interactions
- 1\-2 years of customer service experience REQUIRED.
- 1\-2 years of sales experience PREFERRED.
- Previous experience in customer support or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory; training provided
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to promote products or services confidently
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and general data entry proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with confidence and professionalism
- Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and accurately
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening capabilities
- Knowledge of call center procedures, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices
- Must be 18\+ to work for American Key Supply
- Reliable transportation is REQUIRED
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Monitor your Indeed messaging; this will be our ONLY means of communication.
- We only work DAY shifts, Monday through Friday roughly 8am\-5pm.
- MUST reside in Las Vegas, NV. All work functions are here in person, including the interviews. There are no zoom or remote work options available.
- We are roughly at Warm Springs and South Las Vegas Blvd.
