Coal Creek Consulting is seeking a skilled, solutions\-oriented, and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. Experience in the cellular wireless telecommunications industry is strongly preferred. This role is essential for managing project schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. You will act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors, while providing key information to decision\-makers. Your ability to anticipate challenges and find innovative solutions will be critical to your success in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to forecast and monitor deadlines for tasks and milestones.
  • Maintain accurate and complete document files for each project from initiation to completion.
  • Prepare and route site drawings through various stages to final approval.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external parties, providing updates and facilitating communication.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings, site visits, and design reviews.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks and manage vendor deliverables.
  • Facilitate Purchase Order (PO) requests and ensure backup documentation is obtained and submitted.
  • Compose and respond to emails daily, maintaining professional communication with clients and team members.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing our internal database (QuickBase) entries and updates.
  • Manage QuickBase and client databases, including adding new sites, milestones, and tasks as well as tracking and updating project statuses ensuring all information is current.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure all project\-related documents and data are recorded accurately and meet quality standards.
  • Monitor work for compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Support efforts to improve project management processes and tools.
  • Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher preferred; 2\-3 years of related training or experience.
  • Understand the unique challenges and requirements of the cellular wireless telecommunications industry, including a basic understanding of site acquisition, zoning, permitting, and construction management.
  • Anticipate potential issues related to cellular wireless telecommunications projects and provide realistic recommendations to address them.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret various documents and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Capacity to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in various formats.
  • Must possess excellent attention to detail, have strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi\-task to achieve goals in a schedule\-driven, fast\-paced environment.
  • Ability to participate within a multi\-disciplinary team as well as act autonomously.
  • Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and stretch out of your comfort zone.
  • Requirements:

  • Experience in the cellular wireless telecommunications industry is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), QuickBase, client databases, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • A background check and drug test are required.
  • Will need a home office set up to be able to work remotely with high\-speed internet. We will provide all computer equipment needed.

    Job Type: Full\-Time, Non\-Exempt

    Reports To: Project Manager

    Salary Range: $42,000 \- $55,000 per year based on level of experience.
