Job Title: Trust \& Safety Administrative Assistant

Department: Trust \& Safety

Reports To: Supervisor of Trust \& Safety

Location: Chantilly, VA. Classification: Hybrid. Note: Remotely working is a privilege and subject to company policy.

Position Status: Full\-time, Hourly

Classification: Non\-exempt (Overtime available)

Work Schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time).

Work Shift Demands: Training will take place in the Chantilly office. Flexibility with schedule or work from home opportunities will be considered based on performance.

Employment Requirements: Company drug screening

Assistant must pass company standard background check, including credit check, driving record, education and employment history, federal and local criminal history

Position Summary:

Assistant will report to the Supervisor of Trust \& Safety; Work with the analyst team to review, analyze, and fulfill legal requests served on Subsentio’s clients (which include a variety of Communication Service Providers); Assist with Digital Millennium Copyright Act infringement claim processing; Participate in special projects and assignments as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into spreadsheets, databases, or enterprise software. Ensure that data is entered without errors and follow company guidelines.

Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, filing, and managing correspondence.

Task Prioritization: Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, while maintaining high\-quality data input and administrative support.

Access customer databases, identify and obtain the required data and enter this data into Subsentio’s internal records production system.

The ability to review legal documents (i.e. Subpoenas or warrants) and the ability to ensure all data is transcribed into the Subsentio system accurately and in a timely fashion.

Prepare mailings.

Additional tasks may be added depending on customer activities, Law Enforcement requests and related needs.

Completes other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Individual must be 18 years of age, a U.S. Citizen, and is subject to passing a background check and drug screening. Confidentiality agreement required upon hire.

Education and/or Work Experience:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar software.

Experience with data entry, database management, and office administrative tasks.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time\-management skills.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: From $51,000\.00 per year
