Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns with a focus on visual content and branding consistency
  • Creating and scheduling social media content
  • Designing graphics, branded assets, and templates (Canva, Capcut)
  • Familiarity with social platforms and scheduling tools
  • * Support the creation of digital and print materials, including flyers, social media graphics, and presentations

  • Strong writing skills and attention to details
  • Ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines without dropping the ball.
  • * Reviewing creative work for visual consistency, brand alignment, and quality before it goes to clients

  • Drafting captions, emails, and other marketing copy
  • Supporting content calendars and keeping deliverables on track
  • Assisting with research for campaigns and proposals
  • Analyze marketing data from platforms such as Google Console, and others to track KPIs and improve performance.
  • Coordinate projects and workflows using Slack and our PM tool (you will be trained on our internal tools)
  • Manage office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized project files
  • Coordinate meetings, calendar management, and scheduling for the marketing team using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • Requirements

  • A genuine eye for design \- you notice when something's off and can articulate why
  • 1\-2 years of experience in marketing, design or a related field.
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Strong attention to detail with proofreading and data entry skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management and prioritization
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting preferred
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design principles or experience supporting creative projects is desirable but not required
