Responsibilities
- Ensure a professional first impression.
- Operate multi\-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries and routing calls efficiently.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software.
- Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings for General Manager.
- Support office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or over the phone.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating strong organizational skills and effective time management.
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills in a fast\-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic computer literacy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks.
- Experience managing multi\-line phone systems and demonstrating professional phone etiquette.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs.
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred; dental or medical receptionist experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is advantageous but not required.
