  • What You'll Do?

    As a Finance Staff at AE Tech, you will help manage the company’s financial administration and reporting processes. Your role is to ensure that financial records, transactions, and supporting documents are properly organized, accurate, and aligned with company procedures.

    This role focuses on structured financial tasks, including documentation, tracking transactions, and supporting financial reporting for ongoing projects and company operations.

    You will work closely with the Finance team and management to ensure financial activities are properly recorded and monitored.

    What We're Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s degree in
  • Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of
  • financial administration, invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting.

  • Proficient in
  • Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for financial data management.

  • Familiarity with
  • accounting software or financial management tools is an advantage.

  • Strong
  • attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial records and documentation.

  • Experience with
  • invoice processing, reimbursement management, or financial reporting.

  • Familiarity with tools such as
  • Google Workspace, Notion, or project management platforms.

  • Basic knowledge of
  • Indonesian taxation or financial compliance is a plus.

  • Good
  • organizational and time\-management skills.

  • Able to work
  • independently in a remote working environment.

  • Good
  • communication skills and responsiveness when coordinating with internal teams.

  • Workload is structured and manageable with clear SOPs and templates
  • You will receive guidance during onboarding from the core team
  • Our team uses
  • Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, and ClickUp to manage workflows efficiently

    Job Type: Part\-time

    Pay: $28\.27 \- $34\.04 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
