    Schedule

  • Friday through Monday
  • Extended daily hours (longer shifts for a shorter work week)
  • Consistent, predictable schedule
  • This role is ideal for someone who wants more consecutive days off and higher earning potential.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
  • Gather customer information and schedule:
  • Service calls
  • Maintenance visits
  • Estimate appointments
  • Optimize technician schedules and routes to reduce drive time
  • Dispatch technicians and ensure on\-time arrivals
  • Communicate with technicians throughout the day
  • Confirm upcoming appointments
  • Contact new leads immediately and convert opportunities
  • Call customers to schedule upcoming maintenance visits
  • Perform follow\-up “happy calls” after service to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Input and update customer information in dispatching software
  • Manage maintenance agreements and memberships
  • Order parts and coordinate job logistics
  • Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks
  • Participate in on\-call rotation and handle after\-hours calls when scheduled
  • Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Highly organized and detail\-oriented
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (Apple/Mac familiarity preferred)
  • Ability to quickly learn dispatching software
  • Team\-oriented with a problem\-solving mindset
  • Requirements:

  • Clean background (no criminal history)
  • Must pass drug screening
  • HVAC or dispatch experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate.
