Join the Happy Tales Pack! Happy Tales is Redmond’s go‑to home‑away‑from‑home for dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. We provide boarding, daycare, and plenty of tail‑wagging fun — and sometimes our team also lends a hand over at the Cozy Cat Lodge. Around here, every day is a mix of teamwork, laughter, and a whole lot of furry faces. Who We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone friendly, confident, and detail‑oriented — the kind of person who lights up around animals and takes pride in delivering top‑notch care. This role can be full‑time or part‑time, but weekend availability is a must, with some weekday shifts sprinkled in. Some holiday availability is also required. We’ll be honest: this job isn’t always glamorous. You’ll get dirty, wet, slobbered on, and covered in fur from head to toe. But if you love animals and enjoy working with a supportive, upbeat team, you’ll fit right in. Our ideal teammate has experience in administrative work, customer service, and/or kennel care. A sharp eye for detail and a genuine love for animals are essential. You’ll also need reliable transportation, a flexible schedule, and the ability to pass a background check. What We Offer At Happy Tales, we treat our team like family. Here’s what you can expect when you join us:

  • A fun, supportive, family‑style work environment
  • Tips (on top of hourly pay)
  • Employee discounts
  • Flexible scheduling
  • On‑the‑job training
  • Paid time off
  • Performance‑based raises every six months
