Thrive for the People, PLLC is a high\-end group practice providing individual and couples therapy in Seattle, WA. We are located in the Ballard neighborhood. This practice serves clients who identify as helpers, givers, and fixers who are ready to focus on their own mental health needs. Our ideal clients are high functioning, high achieving, psychologically minded, and insightful individuals who value mental health and therapy. They are willing to invest in themselves and the therapeutic relationship.

Here at Thrive for the People, you will join a dynamic team of therapists and administrative staff who value each other and hold a mindset of growth and abundance. We are a relational, emotionally focused, and process\-oriented group practice that values social justice and anti\-oppression. We strongly encourage individuals who identify as LGBTQ\+ and/or persons of color to apply.

We are looking for a full\-time, masters\-level associate therapist (LMFTA, LMHCA, LSWAIC) with specialized training and clinical interest in treating trauma and working with couples. The therapist will maintain a caseload of at least 20 clinical hours a week, and at least half of the caseload will be with couples. This is an hourly W\-2 position. Some of the marketing and networking events will require occasional work in the evenings and on weekends (e.g., tabling at community events, hosting live workshops, etc.).

This is a partially remote and partially in\-office position. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide services in their home office and at our Ballard office.

Clinicians who are pursuing their own private practice alongside group practice with Thrive for the People will not be a good fit for this position.
