What You’ll Do
- Lead sales and growth for your local market (B2B, face\-to\-face)
- Train, and manage a team of technicians and sales reps \- we recruit them for you.
- Oversee scheduling, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Step into the field when needed to complete jobs and support your team
- Solve problems quickly and keep operations moving
- Hold your team accountable to performance standards
- Additional earnings through sales commissions and production pay when in the field.

Compensation
* $500/week base pay starting (admin responsibilities)
Realistic On\-target earnings: $75,000–$90,000/year
