Position Overview
* Title: Therapist (Outpatient and/or School\-Based Services)
* Employment Type: Full\-Time or Part\-Time
* Compensation:
* Hourly: $40–$65 per billable hour
* Schedule: Fully flexible—you choose your days, hours, and weekly caseload
* Work Location: In\-person or Hybrid (remote and in\-person as needed)
* Client Focus: Children, adults, and families with behavioral health and/or substance use needs
* Administrative Time: Paid for documentation, supervision, meetings, and no\-show sessions used productively

- This position requires a master's degree and an active license to practice in the state of Kentucky and the license must be in good standing to practice
- Must have at least 1 year of mental health experience in a clinical setting
- Possess excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills, and great communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
- Candidates should have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP etc.)
- Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of GSUITES and Electronic Health Record systems

General Duties Required:
\- Conduct individual, family, group counseling sessions with clients virtually, in\-person at the office, school settings
\- Implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
\- Provide counseling for issues such as grief, chronic pain, gender identity, and other mental health concerns
\- Utilize therapeutic techniques CBT, DBT, etc.
\- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
\- Stay updated on current research and best practices in mental health therapy
