Admin staff panels clinicians with a variety of insurance companies, handles waitlist referrals, paperwork and billing/reimbursement.
Ideal candidates have experience as a mental health counselor, therapist, psychotherapist, family therapist, prescriber, psychologist and or clinicain.
Duties include:
· Conduct intake assessment and create appropriate treatment plans
· Provide psychotherapy services
· Diagnose clients and provide billing codes using DSM\-V
· Maintain all client medical record documentation including: session notes, individualized treatment plans and termination notes in a timely fashion
· Manage caseload, schedule and maintain client files
