We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages
  • Maintain organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendar coordination using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and record keeping
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries accurately and courteously
  • Assist with clerical duties such as typing reports, maintaining files, and supporting administrative projects
  • Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained at all times to uphold a professional image
  • Experience

  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred, especially in reception or clerical roles
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience managing multi\-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Familiarity with office management tasks such as calendar management, data entry, filing, and proofreading
  • Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
  • Personal assistant experience or familiarity with bookkeeping using QuickBooks is advantageous
