The Entry Level Account Manager helps residents choose the optimal high\-speed internet solution while gaining insight into the systems that drive campaign efficiency, service integrity, and team accountability.
Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager
- Provide residents with accurate information on AT\&T Fiber Internet speeds, Wi‑Fi coverage, and multi‑gigabit service availability.
- Assess household bandwidth needs and recommend symmetrical fiber tiers optimized for streaming, gaming, and remote work.
- Shadow senior leadership to learn territory management, market analysis, and residential campaign logistics.
- Resolve team challenges and customer inquiries by ensuring service enrollments and documentation meet AT\&T compliance standards.
- Lead daily briefings and training sessions to strengthen associate knowledge of AT\&T Fiber promotions and hardware upgrades.
- Analyze CRM performance data to track activation trends, identify growth opportunities, and support leadership in meeting sales and marketing benchmarks.
