Key Responsibilities

1\. Office Administration

  • Manage day\-to\-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
  • 2\. Scheduling \& Coordination

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls
  • Coordinate calendars for managers and team members
  • Arrange travel and logistics when required
  • 3\. Communication Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and visitors
  • Draft, edit, and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Ensure professional and timely communication across departments
  • 4\. Documentation \& Record Management

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Support data entry and database management
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal policies
  • 5\. Meeting \& Event Support

  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations
  • Take meeting minutes and track action items
  • Coordinate internal events, trainings, and workshops
  • 6\. Financial \& Operational Support

  • Assist with invoice processing and expense tracking
  • Support procurement and vendor coordination
  • Provide administrative support for budgeting activities
  • QualificationsEducation

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Experience

  • 2–4 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Experience in government or public sector environments is a plus
  • Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with office management tools or ERP systems is a plus
  • Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and problem\-solving mindset
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executive\-level staff
  • Familiarity with public transportation or government operations
  • Basic knowledge of procurement and compliance processes
  • Work Environment

  • Office\-based role within administrative offices
  • May require occasional extended hours during peak periods

Pay: $24\.68 \- $29\.72 per hour
