We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties

  • efficiently using proper phone etiquette
  • Maintain front desk organization, including filing, data entry, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and maintaining accurate records
  • Support office management activities including bookkeeping with QuickBooks, inventory tracking, and supply ordering
  • Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email and providing information about services or appointments
  • Skills

  • Proven experience in office administration or reception roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high\-volume calls professionally
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients effectively
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry, proofreading, and document management
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and office management functions
  • Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for visitors and callers
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques in a fast\-paced setting
  • Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is valuable too
