The Role
I’m the Founder \& CEO of MEYA Health (formerly PFG MedComm), a fast\-moving healthcare consulting business. I’m looking for a rare kind of support: someone who can help me run point on the logistics of my business and keep real life moving smoothly.
This is a Founder Support role. Think of it as my right\-hand wizard for day\-to\-day execution across business and life. You’ll own scheduling, travel, communications triage, errands, and operational follow\-through so I can stay focused on leadership, clients, and growth.
You are not waiting for instructions. You’re anticipating, confirming, and closing loops and you’re comfortable proposing better ways to do things.
The MEYA Health Culture
We’re a high\-performing team that’s big on kindness, clarity, and follow\-through. We work hard, we move fast, and we do it without drama.
A few things we care about:
* Supportive, human environment: We’re family\-friendly and people support each other. We aim for excellence without burnout.
* Remote\-first team, in\-person execution for this role: Most of our team is virtual, but this role needs to be in\-person because it’s built around real\-world logistics and being on\-site with me when needed.
* Transparent communication: Clear expectations, direct feedback, and no guessing games.
* Respect for focus: We protect deep work time and aim to make decisions quickly and thoughtfully.
* Ownership mindset: If you see something that needs doing, you take it, solve it, and close the loop.
* High integrity: We handle sensitive information and relationships with care, professionalism, and discretion.
If you like being the calm, capable person who makes things easier for everyone around you, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll own
Founder support (business operations)
* Calendar leadership: Own scheduling across internal meetings, client calls, networking, personal commitments, and family logistics. Protect focus time and prevent overload.
* Trusted gatekeeper: Manage inbound requests with discretion, protect time, and route messages appropriately.
* Meeting readiness: Prep agendas, confirm attendees, ensure logistics are handled, and keep materials organized and accessible.
* In\-meeting support: Attend select meetings with me to take notes, track action items, and ensure follow\-through.
* Travel planning: Book and manage business travel end\-to\-end (air, hotel, ground, dining, calendar blocks). Adjust quickly when plans change.
* Communication monitoring: Help triage email and messages, flag urgent items, draft responses as needed, and make sure nothing important slips.
* Expenses \+ reimbursements: Track receipts, keep spending organized, and prepare/submit expense reports.
* Systems \+ organization (Monday.com): Run a simple task system in Monday.com so priorities, due dates, and follow\-ups are visible and nothing drops.
* Research \+ purchasing: Research options, build shortlists, place orders, and manage tracking and returns.
* Admin execution: Light document support, coordination with vendors/partners, and other operations tasks that keep the machine running.
* Personal brand pull\-through (marketing\-led): Our marketing team owns brand strategy and content planning. Your role is to help pull it through by capturing notes and moments, translating my rough thoughts into clean copy in my voice, and making it easy for me to deliver what the team needs. When requested, take a quick photo or short clip using guidance from the marketing team, and post from my personal account.
* Creative problem\-solving: Bring ideas and “better ways” to the table. If you see an inefficient process or recurring friction, propose a fix and help implement it.
Personal \+ life operations
* Errands and logistics: Support with the random things that keep life functioning
* Personal travel: Book family and personal travel, create itineraries, and coordinate details like airport transportation.
* Conference and event readiness: Plan and coordinate conference outfits, especially when there are specifics for the event (outfit planning, ordering items, tailoring, shoes/accessories, returns, packing strategy).
* Event support: Coordinate dinners, invitations, reservations, and occasional event logistics tied to conferences, networking, and family commitments.
