Healing Springs Wellness Center is growing and we’re looking for a dedicated, trauma\-informed therapist to join our thriving integrative team.

Founded by Shawniel Chamanlal, our center blends traditional mental health therapy with holistic healing modalities to support clients in mind, body, and spirit. Position Details

* Schedule:

Part\-time:

• 20–24 hours/week

Full\-time:

• 25\+ hours/week
• Must be available for
1\-2 evenings

* Hybrid: Combination of telehealth and in\-person sessions

* Location: Plantsville, CT

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing exceptional therapy for individuals, teens, families, or groups.
• Creating and maintaining thoughtful treatment plans and timely documentation
• Collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
• Participating in professional development and contributing to Healing Springs' integrative mission.

Who We're Looking For:

• Licensed in CT (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist)
• LMSW, LMFTA, and LPCA candidates must have
1\+ years of postgrad clinical experience.
• Passionate about holistic healing, wellness, and social equity
• Strong communicator and team player with a client\-centered focus
• Comfortable with technology and working in a hybrid setting

Bonus if you:

• Facilitate wellness workshops or community talks
• Are multilingual
• Have experience working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA\+, or other underserved communities
