We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and handling incoming inquiries
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records using digital tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing calendars, and supporting office management activities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently
  • Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software as needed
  • Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when necessary
  • Ensure office cleanliness and organization to promote a productive work environment
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office environment or as a receptionist with clerical responsibilities
  • Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting
  • Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi\-line phone systems
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs
  • Prior experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately with good typing speed and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not mandatory
  • Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills combined with time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently

This is a part time position and can grow to full time with the right individual

Pay: $18\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour
