SUMMARY

The primary role of the Lease Analyst is to facilitate and monitor activities related to the company’s residential lease processes. This role is responsible for maintaining and updating lease activities for a large, active real estate portfolio.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below.
- Assist with Real Estate email inbox management
- Responsible for specified area of lease document database for review and routing of leases for approval/signature; quality control of processes established; and working with field on additional information needed or required
- Data review, updates and reporting from lease administration database
- Quality control of lease abstractions and follow\-up on abstracts not fully completed.
- Vendor management – including set up and updating vendors/payees in the database (including requesting W\-9’s, EFT forms)
- Work with Accounts Payable as needed as it relates to payments, holds and void/reissues.
- Review Landlord invoices/statements; coding and processing for reimbursement, including CPI
- Works with field operations to obtain information as needed.
- Process lease payments including weekly one\-time payments and monthly rent roll posting and upload.
- Performs other related duties and activities as required.

- 2\+ years’ experience in real estate, lease administration, leasing or property management
- understanding of lease language \& compliance
- Experience utilizing and overseeing Lease Administration Software (such as VisualLease, HarborFlex, CoStar Real Estate Manager MRI, QUBE)
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Travel as needed
