$50\-$60\. W\-2\. Flexible schedule. Mentorship from a Clinical Director with 30\+ years of experience. Roughly $62,500\-$90,000 annually depending on caseload.

About Us

Lotus Flower Counseling, LLC is a small group practice in Albuquerque, NM. We work with teens and adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, stress, life transitions, grief, relational wounds, and ADHD. We're a small team and it shows, in the way people show up for each other and for their clients.

Our Owner and Clinical Director, Patricia Martinez Burr, PhD, LPCC, NCC, brings 30\+ years of clinical experience and leads weekly supervision, monthly trainings, and is genuinely invested in where each clinician on this team is headed.

Job Summary

We are looking for a full\-time LPCC, LCSW, or LMHC to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate is drawn to depth work, cares about client outcomes, and wants to keep growing as a clinician. Experience with EMDR, IFS/parts work, CPT, or somatic approaches is a strong plus. If you're newer to these modalities and motivated to learn, we have the supervision and training structure to support that.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Document all client interactions, assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements in a timely manner using SimplePractice with AI\-assisted note\-taking
• Participate in regular supervision and case conferences to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• Valid New Mexico licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMHC
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Professional liability insurance (or willing to obtain before start)
• Background check required
