- On‑prem \+ cloud integrations
- Active Directory \+ Entra ID
- Admin portals (Commercial, GCC, GCC High experience a plus)
- Identity, security, and tenant administration
- Resolve complex escalations that Level 1–2 can’t handle
- Lead infrastructure projects from design to execution
- Stabilize and modernize client environments
- Serve as the senior technical authority on critical issues
- Mentor other engineers (without being used as free labor)
- Improve standards, documentation, and processes
- Work with leadership as a technical voice, not just an implementer
- A true senior engineer, not just “tenured”
- Calm, methodical, and confident under pressure
- Someone other engineers come to for answers
