Administrative Assistant – Loan Servicing Support
Position Description
The Administrative Assistant supports growth and the daily operations of the company by consistently delivering outstanding service and support. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for completing various daily responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Lead along with other daily duties to support the Loan Servicing operation and the Branch Lead
Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide general office support with daily tasks such as emails, letters, update tracking spreadsheets, call logs, mail logs etc.
· Work assigned tickets to completion on a schedule and according to defined processes
· Handle daily mail responsibilities, log checks, scan mail, and send mail on occasion
· Greet customers and provide payment receipts or answer customer questions once trained
· Learn ticketing system and the work queues you are responsible for
· Performs all job functions in compliance with departmental and company policies and procedures
Additional Responsibilities
· Supports other positions including, Maintenance, Impounds, Release, Customer Service and others as needed
· Assists with special projects as requested
· Cross training as needed
· May act as courier for local outgoing correspondence
· Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
· Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in an office setting
· Excellent customer service skills
· Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)

· Ability to handle sensitive client information in a confidential manner at all times
· Demonstrate work experience requiring attention to detail, accuracy and strong organization skills
· Able to lift packages up to 40 pounds

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
· Mortgage servicing or title/escrow/real estate/banking/financial services experience preferred
· High School diploma or equivalent

Pay: $19\.00 \- $21\.00 per hour
