    Position Overview

    We are looking for a dependable, proactive General Business Assistant who thrives in a fast\-moving environment and enjoys supporting multiple business functions. This role is essential to keeping operations organized, communication flowing, and leadership focused on growth.

    This is not a narrow, task\-based position. It is an opportunity to become a trusted operational partner across multiple brands—supporting everything from client communication to event coordination to internal systems.

    Key Responsibilities: Administrative \& Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for leadership
  • Prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure follow\-through
  • Handle email communications with professionalism and clarity
  • Maintain organized systems across files, documents, and platforms
  • Business Operations Support

  • Assist with daily operations across IBT, HLS, and AAB
  • Help track projects, deadlines, and deliverables across teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
  • Support vendor coordination and supply management
  • Client \& Community Interaction

  • Serve as a professional first point of contact for clients and partners
  • Assist with onboarding, communication, and follow\-up
  • Support community engagement initiatives and local partnerships
  • Represent the Mirus3 standard of care and professionalism
  • Marketing \& Brand Support

  • Assist with scheduling and posting social media content
  • Support blog uploads, email campaigns, and promotional efforts
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all communications
  • Coordinate basic content creation using tools like Canva
  • Event \& Project Support (AAB Focus)

  • Assist with answering phones for balloon décor events
  • Help organize materials, timelines, and logistics
  • Provide in\-office support
  • Light Financial \& Data Support

  • Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic reporting
  • Maintain accurate client and operational records
  • Support internal tracking systems and dashboards
  • Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of administrative, operations, or business support experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technology
