APPOINTMENT SCHEDULER

Seeking a highly motivated, and enthusiastic individual to serve as a full\-time Appointment Scheduler for our well\-established, fast\-paced, and growing construction company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set appointments for Service Technician visits to owners of newly constructed homes;
  • Liaison with Service Manager to resolve escalated customer complaints;
  • Answer customer questions regarding scheduling and/or work quality;
  • Process work orders and perform data entry;
  • Perform administrative tasks such as phone monitoring, call routing, and document processing;
  • Have outstanding phone skills;
  • Have some experience with computer scheduling systems;
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed;
  • Qualifications:

  • Dependable with eagerness to learn;
  • Proficient with typing and data entry;
  • Accustomed to working in an office setting;
  • Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook;
  • Organized and able to multitask and work independently without getting flustered;
  • Reliable transportation;
  • Experience in a construction setting is a plus;
  • Work Location: Chesapeake VA
