CW is seeking a compassionate, motivated Employee Wellness Coordinator to help make a difference in the lives of employees across our organization. In this role, you’ll support well‑being, encourage growth, and help create a workplace where people feel valued and supported.
Responsibilities:
- Offer individualized support and advocacy for employees experiencing personal or workplace challenges.
- Assist with housing\-related concerns, including locating housing, navigating landlord issues, and understanding tenant rights.
- Support employees in accessing educational and professional development opportunities.
- Provide confidential referrals to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services, including mental health, substance use, financial counseling, and related supports.
- Coordinate with EAP providers to ensure employees receive timely and appropriate assistance.
- Conduct follow\-up with employees to ensure referred services are meeting their needs.
- Develop, maintain, and update a national database of community resources using Salesforce.
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, agencies, and service providers to support referrals and collaboration.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate wellness workshops and training sessions on topics such as stress management, financial wellness, and work–life balance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify wellness needs and support organization\-wide initiatives.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of employee interactions, referrals, and follow\-ups in Salesforce.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to Human Resources on wellness trends, program outcomes, and employee needs.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, Human Services, Psychology, counseling, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in employee wellness, social services, case management, counseling, or related support roles.
- Experience working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, including those facing personal, financial, housing, or mental health challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar platforms for documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of community resources, including housing, education, and employee assistance support services.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid Real ID.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification in mental health or wellness (e.g., Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP), or similar).
- Familiarity with laws and regulations related to employee wellness and mental health.
- Strong understanding of employee assistance program (EAP) best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases, tasks, and deadlines.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for leading workshops and wellness sessions.
- Strong writing skills for documentation, reporting, and communication with HR and leadership.

* Confidentiality and Ethics: The role involves handling sensitive information and requires strict adherence to confidentiality protocols and ethical standards.
* Travel: This role may require travel, including both local and out\-of\-state trips. Travel may involve attending job fairs, workshops, conferences, conducting site visits, supporting program implementation, or representing the organization at external meetings.
