Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis while performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for all guests and clients.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Provide general administrative and clerical support across the organization
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and basic office coordination tasks
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tasks such as invoicing, receipts, or data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Assist in coordinating meetings and office activities
- Respond to emergencies or unexpected situations calmly and effectively
- Support efforts to streamline office operations and improve efficiency
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role preferred
- Proficiency with QuickBooks (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time\-management skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and efficiency
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and office systems)
