Happy Pro\- Counseling, is a growing mental health practice serving individuals and families across Suffolk County. We are looking for a licensed clinical social worker to join our team in a hybrid capacity — seeing clients both in\-person and via telehealth. We handle all the admin, billing, and scheduling so you can focus on clinical work.
What you'll do
- Provide individual therapy to a caseload of assigned clients
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in our EHR
- Coordinate with the clinical team on client care as needed
- See clients in\-person at our Suffolk County location and via telehealth
- Active New York State LCSW license (required)
- Experience providing individual therapy to adults, adolescents, or both
- Comfort working with major insurance panels
- Reliable internet connection and a private space for telehealth sessions
- $50–$75 per completed session, W\-2 employment
- Flexible scheduling — you set your own availability
