About AdPlus
AdPlus (https://www.getadplus.com ) is an AI\-powered digital marketing platform that helps businesses plan, create, and manage ad campaigns across 10 major advertising networks (Google, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Reddit, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, X) — all from a single interface. Users describe their marketing goals in plain English, and our AI Ad Specialist builds a full cross\-platform campaign plan, generates ad copy and creatives, and deploys campaigns with one click.
We're a bootstrapped, pre\-revenue SaaS product preparing for a public beta launch (Product Hunt \+ community\-driven). The product is built and deployed. Now we need someone who can own the go\-to\-market execution.
The Role
We need a GTM partner who can own the launch execution and early user growth while Engineering focuses on product development. This is a 30\-45 day initial engagement with a clear path to a long\-term role (and potential CMO title).
What you'll own during the beta (30\-45 days):
* Paid Acquisition: Set up and run ad campaigns promoting AdPlus across LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, and other channels — using AdPlus itself where possible (dogfooding), or directly on platforms when necessary, or if the platform is not yet integrated. Manage a monthly ad budget. Track CAC per channel and kill underperformers.
* Beta User Lifecycle: Personally onboard the first wave of signups. Schedule and run 1:1 onboarding calls. Follow up with every user who hasn't activated. Collect NPS scores, testimonials, and case studies from engaged users.
* Community \& Support: Be the first point of contact for beta users. Answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every early user feels supported. Manage our Slack community (Founders Circle).
* Bug Reporting \& Product Feedback: File bugs and UX issues discovered during the beta into our Issues tracker. You don't need to be a developer — just clearly describe what happened, what was expected, and include screenshots.
* Launch Coordination: Help execute our Product Hunt launch, community posts (HN, Reddit, Indie Hackers), influencer coordination, and launch\-day email blast. Coordinate with a graphic designer and video editor (sourced separately).
* Reporting: Weekly summary of key metrics (signups, activation rate, CAC by channel, user feedback themes, bugs filed). Use data to iterate on the strategy.
After the beta:
We expect the launch to be successful and gain traction. We see this role evolving into ongoing marketing and user acquisition leadership. The right person could grow into a Head of Marketing / CMO position as we scale. We're looking for someone who can think strategically about growth, not just execute tasks.
