Billing Clerk (Remote Eligible)
LINK Support Services is seeking a tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented professional who enjoys working in systems, analyzing data, and making a real impact. This role supports Skilled Nursing Facilities by using technology and data to identify and bill Medicare Part B ancillary services, helping facilities maintain financial stability so caregivers can focus on residents.
Position Details
* Type: Full\-Time
* Pay: $20\.00–$29\.00/hour (DOE; bonus eligible)
* Location: Remote eligible within the U.S., excluding AK, HI, KY, MA, NJ, NY, ND, PA, RI, and WY. Occasional travel may be required.
What You’ll Do
- Navigate multiple systems and clinical data to identify and bill Medicare Part B services.
- Analyze data to uncover billing opportunities and performance trends.
- Verify patient eligibility and track claim status.
- Report KPIs and key metrics.
- Support system updates, process improvements, and virtual partners.
- Strong computer skills and confidence working across multiple systems.
- Experience organizing, validating, and analyzing data.
- Comfort with EMR platforms, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and work independently in a remote environment.

What We’re Looking For
Preferred (not required): Experience with PointClickCare (PCC), Medicare, or SNF operations.
Required: Occasional travel and a pre‑employment criminal background screening.
