Now I need help from someone organized, creative, and FUN to help me stay on track and scale this even more.
Just got a NEW office with great views! You will be the 2nd Florida employee – we have teams in CA and TX and worldwide. Start of something great!
Position: Executive Assistant (Full\-Time In Person)
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL – 2455 E Sunrise Blvd (In person)
Hours: 8am\-5pm, Monday–Friday (As we grow, flexible with this. Just want job done!)
Start Date: ASAP (Our awesome new EA is leaving to work at a non\-profit \-shoutout Matt for all that you have done so we need to fill the role)
What You'll Do
- Manage my calendar and inbox like a scheduling ninja
- – your role will be based around it
- Coordinate internal meetings, filming logistics, and team updates
- Know everything about what the CEO is doing
- Help organize and launch events and podcasts on behalf of CEO (invites, emails, etc)
- Get a first hand look working with clients at huge brands
- Keep me organized on Slack, in Asana, and with daily priorities
- Draw up proposals, follow\-up notes, send cookies to prospects, remember birthdays of clients and our team
- Help prep for expos, podcast interviews, content launches, and key client events
- Assist with basic email inbox triage and follow\-up
- Be my right hand so I can focus on growth and sales
- Organize receipts, office supplies, and occasional vendor outreach
- Bonus: If you love franchising, marketing, or storytelling, this role could evolve into more

- Must live in the Fort Lauderdale area (If you’re in Miami or West Palm, you’ll need to drive in)
- 3\+ years of experience supporting a C\-level exec or entrepreneur (please share examples of how you have been a direct EA)
- Tech\-savvy with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and task management tools
- Clear communicator with strong follow\-up
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Able to work 4\-5 days per week in\-person and be flexible
- Bonus if you have franchising or creative agency experience
